MISSION
Our mission at Pixalatedview is to create a peer-operated, peer-staffed holistic approach to mental illness. Bring awareness to the disorder and encourage the creation of better relationships between individuals experiencing mental health issues, their families and the general public. We understand that there are stigmas associated with mental disorders, and we intend to dispel them by motivating and encouraging participants to achieve their own personal and professional goals...“Break out the Mold”. Pixalatedview believes that the best in each of us enriches all of us.
We believe awareness is the first step to bringing about true solution. Mental health is a virus that is taking the lives of many Americans, Africans and people of different nationalities all around the world. If one knows of their afflictions, they are better able to resolve them or get help. We truly believe in this cause of action. Most people have no idea that they are at risk for serious mental breakdown; they only find out when they are hospitalized. In today’s society where most people are only concerned with how they can add a few more dollars to what they already have; there is a dire need for a peer-operated group that deals exclusively with mental issues. Talking about our problems believe it or not brings about solutions. We encourage everyone that visits our website to share their experiences, send us a message and get involve.
